TL;DR - The Short Version

  • No activity logs — We don't track what you browse
  • No connection logs — We don't log timestamps or IPs
  • No bandwidth tracking — Unlimited means unlimited
  • No third-party analytics — No Google Analytics, no trackers
  • RAM-only servers — Data can't persist. Period.

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

NodeMask was built with one purpose: to provide true internet privacy. We are a strict no-logs VPN provider. We do not monitor, record, log, store, or share any user activity data. We have no data to share, even if legally compelled.

2. What We DO NOT Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect:

  • Browsing history or website visits
  • Traffic destination or content
  • DNS queries
  • Connection timestamps
  • Session duration
  • Originating IP addresses
  • Assigned VPN IP addresses
  • Bandwidth usage per session
  • Any form of activity logs

3. What We DO Collect

To provide our service, we collect only:

  • Email address — For account creation and support
  • Payment information — Processed securely by Stripe (we never see your card details)
  • Subscription status — To know if you have an active plan

That's it. We don't need anything else to provide you with a VPN service.

4. RAM-Only Server Infrastructure

All NodeMask servers run entirely in RAM (volatile memory). This means:

  • No data is ever written to physical disk storage
  • When a server reboots, all data is permanently and irrecoverably erased
  • Even if a server were physically seized, there would be no data to recover

5. Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
  • Cloudflare — DDoS protection for our website. Does not affect VPN traffic
  • Resend — Email delivery for account notifications

We do NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking/analytics services.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication (to keep you logged in). We do NOT use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies.

7. Data Requests & Legal

Because we do not log any user activity, we have no data to provide in response to legal requests. We cannot provide information we do not have. We will comply with valid legal requests, but compliance means providing nothing, because we have nothing.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (email, subscription status)
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Export your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time by canceling your subscription
