NodeMask provides virtual private network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and mask your IP address. Our service includes:

• Unlimited bandwidth and data transfer
• Support for multiple devices as specified in your plan

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Service.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Child exploitation material (zero tolerance)

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription terms:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods after the first 30 days

6. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Subscription renewals
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations
• Accounts with excessive usage indicating abuse

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
• Outages due to factors beyond our control
• Speed variations based on your ISP or network conditions
• Third-party service restrictions or blocks

8. Intellectual Property

The NodeMask name, logo, website content, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NodeMask and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Actions taken by third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NodeMask from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
• Fraud or payment disputes

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
